1 Year Limited Warranty for Access Denied

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Access Denied. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Access Denied.

What does this limited warranty covers?

The ACCESS DENIED Warranty covers any factory defects as a result from the manufacturing process of the product. A factory defect refers to any feature or quality of the product that limits the intended purpose for which is was created.

What will we do to correct the problem?

ACCESS DENIED will replace the defected product and pay the shipping cost for replacement. If the originally purchased item is out of stock, another item of equal value will be issued.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Access Denied is 365 days from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 365 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

The ACCESS DENIED Warranty does not cover products that have been damaged due to loss, misuse, abuse, or accident.
